RIS Iberia was founded in 1991 as a distributor of James Hardie Irrigation in Spain.

OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTION OF TORO
In 1996 TORO acquired James Hardie Irrigation, making RIS Iberia its official distributor in the Iberian Peninsula.
1996
CREATION OF RIS VALVES
In 2010 RIS acquired the company AGP Válvulas, thus creating its RIS Valves division, dedicated to the manufacture of hydraulic valves.
2010
METOS IBERIA is born
In 2015 Pessl instruments, a leading manufacturer of sensors and weather stations, and RIS Iberia joined forces to create the leading company METOS Iberia.
2015
Creation of SPHERAG
In 2019 RIS begins the development of automation solutions, leading in 2020 to the launch of the SPHERAG company.
2019
RIS FILTERS is born
In 2023, the RIS Filters brand will be launched to market metal and plastic filters and filter heads.

BRICORIS is born
In 2024 RIS launches the new brand of gardening accessories BricoRIS.

Distribution
For more than 30 years we have been distributing our products internationally, with a special focus on the European, North African and South American markets. Our head office is located in Zaragoza. In addition, we also have other warehouses in Seville and Madrid. We have delegations and representatives throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
RIS Valves
We have been manufacturing and distributing our Ris Valves hydraulic valves for more than 10 years. Our factory, together with our R&D and marketing departments, are located in Zaragoza (Aragon), next to Ris Iberia's facilities.
RIS Filters
Ris Filters was born from the development and knowledge of the agricultural market of our technicians for more than 30 years. The range includes metal filters, plastic filters and advanced filtration solutions with automatic sand and plastic filter heads.
